Salmon Carpaccio- smoked salmon, capers, cream fresh, lemon infused extra virgin olive oil

Zuppa di Cozze- Prince Edward Island mussels poached in our marinara sauce

Mozzarella en Carrozza- fried egg battered fresh mozzarella served in a puddle of marinara

Portabella al Forno- baked portabella mushroom topped with Italian sausage stuffing

Pasta Carbonara- bucatini pasta tossed with cracked peppercorns, bacon, egg, pecorino & parmesan cheese

Rigatoni con Fungi- wild assorted mushrooms, pancetta, cream, cheese & truffle olive oil

Pasta Puttanesca- bucatini pasta tossed with roasted tomatoes, olives, capers & diced proscuitto

Vodka Rigatoni- sauteed, diced chicken breast, onion, assorted mushrooms finished in a vodka cream marinara sauce

Taste of Italy-manicotti, ravioli, ziti pasta Italian sausage & meatball with our marinara sauce

Pasta Anna- pan-seared loose Italian sausage, mushrooms & rigatoni pasta in a red wine marinara sauce

Pappardelle Bolognese- classic preparation of slowly braised ground pork, beef, sausage, tomatoes & cream

Chicken Riggies-diced chicken breast sauteed with onions, sweet peppers & hot cherry peppers finished in a white wine marinara sauce tossed with rigatoni pasta

Pasta Pomodoro- choice of rigatoni, fettuccini or bucatini pasta with our marinara sauce
